June 19th, 12:29 am PST (RESOLVED) -

The NOC Center move was a complete success.
All systems are up and running.
Thank you for your patience and understanding during this important time.
The long term stability and reliability of our network is now assured.

May 9th, 10:06 pm PST (RESOLVED) - The Network has been under a Denial of Service attack since early yesterday.
 Our System Administrators were monitoring this at the server level and have set up automated scripts to block IPs that established too many connections to a server. We are currently working with the service providers of the IP's in question in order to get the offenders shut out of their networks.
 We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 PLEASE DO NOT open a Tech Support Ticket regarding this issue, since that will only SLOW DOWN our ability to fix the problem.
 We are AWARE of the problem and are fixing it right now.

April 28th 8:17am PST (resolved) - At the moment, some ISP's are experiencing slow or loss of connectivity to our network. Your site may load slowly or not at all.

This is a LOCAL ISP problem, not a network problem on our end.

Our Network Administrators are currently looking into the source of the problems outside our network, and we will have it resolved shortly.

April 12th, 6:00pm - 6:30pm - We are taking our control panel server down for approx. 30 mins to run some tests. Do NOT contact support if you cannot get into your control panel.

March 14th, 9pm -(resolved) One of our backbones is currently doing some emergency upgrades to their network.  We have routed most of the traffic through our other backbones.  Some sites may not be viewable or give slow response times while this is being completed.

March 13th, 9pm - 12am (resolved)- We are running some updates on the server that control panels are housed on. You may have trouble connecting to your control panel at this time. Please do not contact support if you cannot connect to your control panel during this time. Thank you :)

March 10th, 10:45pm - We are upgrading some of our servers. Your site may not be viewable during this time. The scheduled time is 2AM - 6AM EST. Thank you for your patience. :)

January 31st, 1:25pm - We are performing maintenance on our Control Panel system right now.  Some clients may have trouble connecting to their Control Panel for the next few hours.  There is no need to contact support about this.  All websites will work fine including email, etc. and are not affected while this is happening.
